I've been trying to download the latest daily build (13.0.476 win32) and it keeps failing half way through.
I remember this being a problem a month or so ago too. Eventually I managed to get a full download after 12 tries.
Is anyone else seeing this?
I'm pretty sure it's not related to my internet connection or wifi, as all other downloads work fine.

thanks dan.
I should have mentioned it, but I was looking for a method that didn't involve the carve sop. Mainly because I might want to split the line on multiple points all at once in one operation. Using the carve sop means I need some kind of loop.

I have a polygon primitive line with points: 0 1 2 3 4.
Is there a cheap way of splitting the primitive at point 2, so that the result is two primitives with the following points?
- 0 1 2
- 2 3 4
I'd also like to be able to split a line at points where an attribute has a specific value.

Support suggests this:
This works like a charm. I added a basis sop before the carve, and set the Parameterization option to “Chord Length”.
EDIT: Actually, this is not accurate either. FFFFFFFFFFFFFF!
The parameterization takes into account the length of the segments of your curve, so, looking at your curve, 0.5 will not be where you expect it.
You can try using the basis sop and manually edit the curve basis.

I have a curve like the following image. When I use the carve sop to cut it in half, the point at which it carves is not perfectly in the middle of the curve.
How do I make the carve sop take lengths between points into account? Is there a way of reparameterizing the curve so that the carve sop behaves like expected?
I want to keep the topology of the curve, so resampling so that each length is the same is not an option.

Is it possible to make the ALT key behave exactly like the SPACE key does for viewport navigation?
