Hi, I'm getting back into CG and planning to learn Houdini, so I'm looking to upgrade my PC.

I know that for rendering, Intel Arc GPUs won't work because OptiX is NVIDIA only. However, my question is whether Intel Arc GPUs will work with OpenCL-accelerated simulation solvers, such as MPM, minimal Vellum solvers, and similar tools.

I'd appreciate any insights. Thanks!

Intel cards are listed as supported in the System Requirements, OpenCL use should be fine, but I don't have a card myself to check.
