I'd like to add a warning message in a specifique case. Is it possible to change the color of the message to display in red in the parameters?

Hello. It's not possible to use rich-text formatting that alters fonts and colors.
But you can still try *bold*, _italic_ and icons. These work only in tooltips but not in parameter labels. For example:
