License Server Issue

Hello,

I have a technical issue that cannot be diagnosed by the troubleshooting wizard offered on sidefx.com Basically, my license for my previous Houdini Apprentice Non Commericial program, 9.0, expired. When I logged onto sidefx.com, I downloaded the latest version of Apprentice, but the program wouldn't start due to my previous license issue. I have deleted the old version of the software, the 9.0, and retried, and the same problem occurred. Below is the diagnostic information given to me. I have

Help mode : troubleshooting
Problem : cannotstarthoudini
Platform : windows
Using commercial version : no
Can start hkey : yes
Can see sesinetd : yes
Has license(s) for this product : yes
It was working : yes
Has a server license : no

Can anyone help with this problem? I'm a student and my final is due in 1 week and a half.

Can you report the license diagnostices from the License Manager? That will have much more info.
There's at least one school like the old school!

Try moving aside your C:\Windows\keys directory first and then re-obtaining a license.
