I created a length of chain and used the fracture dop for the simulation…everything simulates great.

next I wanted to add more chain links…so I changed settings within chain object to add the desired chain links.

The problem is once I hit the play button my geometry disappears. How do get the simulation to read my updated geometry?

you'll need to make sure that your fracture dop is importing the desired geometry. Sounds like the path no longer is valid.

Also make sure that you have all the groups that you need available in your RBD Fracture object ( Group Mask Parameter )
