2 shaders to 1 object

Hi! I have to cubes in my procedural. I want to assign 2 different shaders to this guys.
That doesn't work correctly.

openGeometryObject();
addGeometry(gdpSkinBuild, 0);
setSurface(shaderShaft);
closeObject();
openGeometryObject();
addGeometry(gdp, 0);
setSurface(shader);
closeObject();
Houdini is great! O'right?

Seems to be working for me - can you post the full program for testing?
