I've got a projected L-System (skeleton mode), I use a profile SOP to extract it , how can I generate geometry from this extracted“curve” , I mean like the tube mode of the L-System or just something like a rail extrude …

PolyWire SOP. Just make sure to fuse the points where the curves touch.
