when scene view is zooming in or out.how to make an geometry or objet keep its size in pixel?

Not from the scene view, but with a camera you should be able to rig up a means to measure the distance from the camera to an object (in chops) and use that.

You want to be able to have your objects visible even if they are far away?

I think in Max you get a little icon if you group stuff or make a model, if I remember correctly…

In Houdini the gnomons always stay the same size. You can also hit d and switch on “Object names”. That will display the names of the objects in your scene, always the same size.

Sorry that's the only build-in thing I can think of.
