how to have an animated sequence as a texture?

I have a texture applied to a plane and i want it to be an animated sequence but houdini says i cannot have channels which depend on time. how can i do this?

Is this what you want ? It should pickup texture atuomatically, if not speciffy it in texure node and hit play.

my mistake, i had it as the default setting in a constant parameter.
