For Visualization of medical data I created this little otl which takes an image sequence from COP ( a dicom image sequence for example ) and creates a volume from this data. The otl is optimized to work with 12 bit grayscale data from dicom files but it also works with simple rgb data from an jpeg sequence with the fitting parameters.
For tips on better python style and improvements are always welcome !!
I tried to get some of the Code into python modules but failed till now ..
