Hi,

I just bought an Apprentice HD licence and downloaded and installed H12
but it keeps telling me “The licence server may not serve licences”.

I logged onto http://license.sidefx.com/licenses.php [license.sidefx.com]
and redeemed my licences after several attempts at getting it to work
with the Houdini Licence Administrator but have no idea where to put those details now

I previously had H11 Apprentice HD installed,
anyone have any ideas what I might try?

if you are trying to use it on 2 different computer it will not work.
first return licence from the other computer(licence administrator>>return licence) then re-enter the info again…
if that is your case

It was only on 1 computer, I had to uninstall H11 and got some help from
support@sidefx.com and got it to work yesterday.
