Primitive Display Numbers, OSX, OpenGL Incorrect

Hey all -

I'm having some issues with the OpenGL viewport on Houdini 12.1.125 on OSX 10.7.5. Primitive numbers, when toggled in the viewport, are displaying incorrectly.

For example, a primitive will be labeled 134 in the viewport, but in the details view (and in all tool references) its actual number will be 83. When I set my viewport to H11 mode, the prims are labeled correctly in the viewport (matching the details view number, which doesn't change).

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm just working with a utah teapot converted to polygon.
