I have a bgeo cache that is 30 frames long and sits in the middle of a 50 frame scene. How can I get the filecache to hold the first and last frames in the sequence so the cache doesn't dissapear at the end and the beginning of the scene? In Softimage we set it to hold, is there and equivalent in Houdini?

Add Timewarp SOP and set Input and Output Range same as range of your sequence.

Or use Clamp expression.
