Please, is it possible to change the “mouse hotkeys”? I have tried to search MMB, LMB, RMB over the internet and forums, and did not find.

I would like to change for example
- Revert to Defaults - now it is Ctrl+MMB
- Set Keyframe - now it is Alt+LMB
- And also others. etc.

I am a C4D user for a long time and I would like to buy Houdini and to be fast in it. I have found just this:
http://www.sidefx.com/docs/hdk15.0/_h_d_k__viewport_events.html [sidefx.com]

Is it possible to make some “hooks” and change the mouse hotkey?

It may be easier to just adopt to the Houdini method.

It really is not that different. Use the SPACEBAR instead of ALT for viewport operations and use ALT instead of CTRL for keyframing.

Quite frankly middle click in C4D changing my viewports drives me crazy!!

I think we need something like OpenInterface for all applications. It would allow end users to carry their favorite keyboard shortcuts from one app to another.

Hello Enivob, thank you for your answer.

As regards Camera you can set C4D to be like Houdini (or other apps) in Customize Commands:
Move Camera Hotkey - Alt+MMB, MMB
Zoom - Alt+RMB
Orbit - Alt+RMB

So I am really close to make the main hotkeys of C4D and Houdini the same. So … please, can somebody help me?
