is there a way to either invert a metaball's/attractor's weight or use something else to create the same effect? i.e. a stronger radial force farther away from the center as opposed to closer.

basically what i'm doing as of now is using geometry for the basis of multiple point attractors so that it would have a strong effect around the surface..

the only other option i see possibly using is the soft limit pop.. which is nice and i like it, it's just that i'm limited to a sphere or box with that. with metaballs, i can combine and merge them and create custom shapes based on their weight and what not. and point attractors can be applied to any shape of geometry obviously as well. it also seems as if the soft limit pop is somewhat expensive computationally..

as for reference to what i'm doing, think particles inside geometry..i don't want them to be sucked in to the middle of the geometry, i just want a force exisiting that pushes them away the closer they get to the interior walls.

thanks,
