Hello everyone.

I apologize in advance because I do not speak very well English I will try to be as accurate as possible.

I've never really used houdini so far, but I got there recently, and by following some tuto I could do some cool fx. Except when I run the rendering, the computer slows down very much to the point that I can not do anything on the pc.

After 25 minutes, an error message appears stating that the software has stopped working.


It is the same for the VPR, the computer is slowed down, but I still can use other application.

Here is the computer equipment of my computer:

-Intel core i7
-8Go RAM
-Nvidia GTX 950

Do you have a solution to my lag problem? thank's guys !
