What do I do? I changed my password through a “forgot password” link via email. that worked and I can log in to any part of the website.
My problem is that I want to “return license” from my old desktop so that I can install the license on my new desktop. But when I try to return the license it asks for my login and password and I enter the one I just had changed and it tells me it does not match.
So I am stuck. Why do these logins and passwords not work in this regard?
an issue I had was I had one email/log in for web site and another for the licensing. support got the website email changed to my licensing email and that helped.
