Hi,
If it's a hidden/depeciated node you have to bring it back by using the Textport. This is explained in this video

also they are hidden/deprecated for a reason so it may be worth learning the newer way rather than staying in the past

staying in the past is definitely no the way to go to learn houdini, sometimes cool tutorials are just old. I being pushing myself to not get frustrated when I have to research for the new way from an old node. Still you learn tons. But, yeah, definitely I'm following courses from the newer versions.
