When I save my landscape heightmap to disk using the heightfield output sop, it works fine within houdini, but when i try to do it in UE4 it does not work.
I want to use houdini to take an existing UE4 landscape heightmap, modify it in houdini, then save the modified version to disk as a heightmap.
Using UE4's heightmap export tool, I can export the heightmap of a landscape generated by the HDA. But I do not wish to generate the landscape in UE'4 in the first place. The heightmap needs to come directly from the HDA.
Height Field output does not work in UE4 HDA.
