I'm using SOP isooffset and scatter to generate a point cloud that I feed to particlefluidsurface in order to create a mesh out of it. While it works fine in houdini / Unreal and unity, Maya only displays the points and no mesh is created. I get no cook error and I did press the sync asset button, but still no mesh.
Your simplified version image is not visible. I just did a quick test with particlefluidSurface, and as long as there is a non empty output mesh at the frame where I sync, I do get an output mesh. Can you double check that your output node is the particlefluidsurface and not the particle node?
hey, fixed the image link. Also found out that the mesh is generated, but the scale of the object has to be super small to make the mesh appear properly. Otherwise it just make tiny mesh parts not connected together like this:
