Hello,

since this is my first post, let me introduce myself. My name is Heinrich Löwe and I work as TD for Sehsucht GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.

Here is my problem:

I want to calculate a ROP on multiple machines via TOP Rop Fetch and HQueue. Everything works, but i can't get every machine to work on the job. The problem is, one machine is running the parent job. Since the child jobs are tagged with ‘single’, the already running parent machine can't get to them.

I tried to start a second HQueueClient process on one machine, which i wanted to be dedicated to just ‘admin’ jobs. Unfortunately i can't restrict the parent jobs through the HQueue scheduler node. The ‘Job Parms’ tab seems to apply only to the worker jobs.

There are just a handful of licenses I can use for HQueue jobs and every one counts. Has anyone a solution how to tackle this problem.

Thanks,
Heinrich.
