Hello everyone,

I am rather new to Houdini and I am attempting to raycast some building geo generated from a map in the OSM importer onto geo generated from a heightmap. I can get the buildings to stick to the shape of the terrain by raycasting down via a Point attribute connected to a ray node. The issue I am having is that the buildings themselves become completely flat or warped based on the shape of the terrain that they are being cast on.

My question would be how to simply grab only the bottom faces of the building and
have them cast down and mold to the shape terrain, while leaving the other parts of the geo intact and maintaining shape integrity (example, not having the roof bend in the same direction as the terrain directly underneath it).

Apologies of the newbness of this question. If someone can point me to a good tutorial or setup, I will gladly take the time to learn.

Thanks.
