I was curious, so had a look at your video link.
Although I don't know how to specifically do it. I do know it is possible.
If you actually want to go ahead and re-create the same thing the first step is going to be learning how rigid body solvers work in a dop net.
One example from the SideFX tutorials section that could get you started:

There are others, just enter search words like Rigid Body or Collision in the Learn > Tutorials section.
There is also a 3 part webinar under Learn > Talks and Webinars under the drop down ILLUME Webinar - Jeff Wagnar; Collisions.
I don't think you will find a specific tutorial to do exactly the same thing but if your just starting there will be important concepts that help you understand how to work in a dop net, and eventually get what you want.
