Crowd agents constantly baking clips even though clips are cached

Hi there,

I'm dealing with a large crowd scene that isn't using any simulation (yet), and I have about 200 unique character rigs with about 25 animation clips for each.

I'm not sure what happened in my scene, but I'm unable to do anyting without Houdindi cooking for long periods of time. The agents all have agentDefinitioncaches that have written all clips to disk, but everytime I try playblasting I have to sit and wait for Houdini to bake clips again.

Is there a setting inside Houdini that can disable this action? It seems to require this even with one character in the crowdsource now. At one point I had about 20 characters and I was able to hit play and get about 5 frames/sec playback.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas ?(unfortunately I cannot share the scene)
