I have two circles, open arc. both have same number of points, one slightly smaller and offset in x slightly. how do I get a polygon to bridge that gap all the way around circle? then I want to extrude that polygon.

Skin / Loft first comes to mind, downstream of a merge of course.

thank you Herve. I tried skin but did not have it in a merge and got an unexpected result.
