-3 meshes
-1 curve with red, green and black colored points

How can I copy 1 mesh to the red points, 1 to the green points and the last to the black points?

instead of using colors to drive the assignment , you'd better use integer or string attributes.
You could use the "piece attribute" parameter of the "Copy to Points" Sop
