Motion blur on houdini particles inside unreal

Hi all,
I have a POP sim, exported to Unreal as VAT with a spare color texture(col2) - basically, copied v with flipped y and z. I'm trying to use col2 for motionblur, but unsuccessful. Can someone guide me on this or suggest an alternate workflow for motionblur on HoudiniParticles inside unreal? Thanks in advance.
