I'm struggling to solve the issue of having cushions that have gaps for the pockets that will never intersect through the pockets, I tried using cookie but it didn't work very well.

hey thanks for the link, i am trying to loft/extrude a box or ideally a shaped curve around another curve to create the cushions but i am having trouble doing so. in the image i have used path deform on a box but for some reason the faces go mental and there are no edges to the polygons not sure how to fix it.

I will give it a try thanks, I'm an insane noob sorry.
