Thanks to everybody.
The problem was in the PATH, one of the folders containing .dll was not included. Everything was OK with Java.

This is a windows version, but how does Houdini look for Java?

I've just installed Houdini 7 and after choosing Help from the main menu I see only blank panel with the following URL chrome
/houdini/locale/home.html
Could anybody suggest solution?
