    It seems that the crowd.hip file is missing its references and loads without any geometry.

      @akatz - I'm sure you've figured out the answer by now...but I thought I'd leave the answer for what worked for me (because I ran into the same issue as you and it would have been nice to have the answer documented)

      - bake out the agent (ROP network at obj level called bake_cycles)
      - then, reload the agent in the agent node on mocapbiped1_setup
