Fixed some issues with locking the view to the current camera in LOPs. Changing the view this way now compensates for transforms on ancestor primitives, and gracefully handles the case where the path of the camera primitive has chanegd since it was first created (due to a Graft or Reference operation).

Added a new onPostCookTask hook to PDG, to go along with the existing onPrepareTask and onCookTask callbacks available to node authors. The new callback can be used to do last-minute validation of work item attributes and outputs, after it has already been cooked with the scheduler or from cache.

The Attribute Create TOP can now use the new callback to do output file validation, rather than doing validation during the generation step. This makes it possible to add output files with the attribute create that will be produced during the cook stage, and still have file validation parms enabled.

The ROP USD TOP node now has a dive target that can be used to build small, inline LOP networks. Work items created in the node will cook the network inside the dive target when the 'Use External LOP' parameter is toggled off, instead of cooking the LOP Path.
