The Add Variant LOP (and Create LOD HDA) now have the ability to detect the situation where the opinions authored on the variant are not applied to the stage because of stronger opinions, usually authored directly in the local layer stack. Also added a parameter to work around this problem by creating a new prim that references the original, and creating variants on the new prim instead.
