Package - Optix doesn't work with packages but does in .env

• Fixed a bug when processing HOUDINI_NVIDIA_OPTIX_DSO_PATH. The variabledoesn't support multiple paths and was wrongly processed like a regularHoudini path .
• Now processing the variable as a non-path variable.

Added settings for the camera mask and camera overlay colors to the 3DSceneColors files, replacing the previous hard-coded values based on the main Houdini color scheme. The only visible difference is a change from white to a 40% grey for the camera mask.

Added exit-code handling job parms for local scheduler. This allows handling of non-zero exit codes on a per task basis.
