The Vellum Solver will no longer error in the OpenCL Neighbor Search when stray grain or fluid particles are in extreme outlier positions. This error was particularly confusing when brushing grains or fluids and getting an error from a single stray particle falling away from the domain. Now this situation causes a warning and the offending particles will have no neighbor results.

Fixed a bug where manipulating hair would be slow initially after the hair was just created. This was because prevP was left at the origin. Setting prevP to the same values as P for all curves fixes it for now. I'm sure there's a better solution though.
