Added support for a --resolver-context command line option to husk which builds a resolver context from the specified file for resolving assets on the stage being rendered. The USD Render ROP's default value for this option grabs the value from the LOP Network.

Added support for ROP-based TOP nets in assets for engine. The current scene will be automatically saved to a hip file in $HOUDINI_TEMP_DIR if any TOP nodes have a file dependency of $HIPFILE, when HAPI_CookPDG is called. This is necessary for any hip-based PDG jobs.

Fixed a potential crash on exit when using PDG-based assets in engine.
