Generating deep map shadows

Hi guys,

I have a huge volume and I am rendering using mantra. when I click render button got error while generating deep map shadows…

Some times its working sometimes giving error..Once after generating deep map render is going good.

deep map file size 1024*1024, I tried reducing file size still same issue..

Any ideas…

Hi,

Can you provide the error message you're getting? Maybe set the verbose level in your mantra ROP to something like 1 or 2 to get a better diagnostics of what the problem is…

Sry guys its DEEP SHADOW IMAGE I MISS TYPED AS DEPTH MAP..

In this while generating deep shadow image Mantra crashed..

Hi,
The reasons for things not working can be many but this where you have to debug a scene and strip it back. First off why are you rendering a 1k shadow map. Have you tried rendering a 256x256 map with basic settings to assess if that works ? .
