I get this warning with my cloth solver all the time, what does it mean? Please, no funny answers…
Should I be worried about it?

Cheers

Could your input geo have degenerate polygons? Try running polydoctor sop on it before cloth.

RIGHT!!! Polydoctor found the messed up vertices and got rid of them!
I don't get the warning anymore and would dare to say it's working faster… although not scientifically proven!

Cheers
