Render doesnt match viewport

The colour in the viewport is coming from the Geometry/Visualization data from the DOP simulation. The viewport rendering is controlled by the Multi-Field colour ramp on the Smoke Object DOP.
As for rendering the purple, you can use the Pyro shader which you have in place but not assigned to your object.
So first assign the Pyro shader to your smoke object.
Then on the Pyro Shader's last Utils tab, inherit/copy over the Multi-Field shading settings by pointing to that Smoke SOP path and the press the button “Apply this Transfer” to copy those settings to the Pyro material.
Either way the ramp colour on the visualization geometry is not inherited by the Pyro Shader's Diffuse Smoke colour.
