Could be a bunch of things. Instead of chasing all the options, can you post your scene file?
Things to check:
- display vs. render flag on SOPs. Make sure render flag is set to the SOP you wish to render.
- Mantra ROP using candidate objects and omitting your ground plane

There's at least one school like the old school!

Thanks for the response!
Your answer forced me to check the Mantra ROP light settings. I have two lights, area and env. When I left only envlight in Solo Light, I realised the problem is in arealight settings. I tried compare settings of both lights. (why I didn't compare them before?) So, problem was in shadow type. When i change it to Ray-Traced shadow appeared.
Thanks a lot!
