Hi Guys;

I create a “Fog-Particles” using Volume tab, and because it is a volume, I assigned a “Basic-Smoke” material to it.
I would like this material emits light , so how could I add a Emission parameter to that shader ?

There is a Emmision parameter inside shader but it just acts as a self-illuminate and does not affect the environment.

Thanks,
MSD.

Try BillowySmoke shader instead. Then rename the temperature field to density, if you don't have a temperature field within your volume. Then you can use the ramp to dial in a color gradient.
Using Houdini Indie 20.0

Hi Enivob;

There is no temperature or something like that in my volume geo. It's just a simple particle, converted to volume, using “Fog-Particles”.
