Hi, I am a bit confused about licensing with HDAs.
I work with a commercial license at my office but own an indie license for personal projects at home. But naturally I will like to use some of the HDA's I developed personally at home over time. Are those HDA's compatible with the commercial license? or shouldn't even be used in a commercial license.

I probably shouldn't answer not knowing for sure…but if it works similar as to how it does between Indie and Apprentice, what probably happens is that once you import it into the commerical license, that file gets ‘downgraded’ to Indie ( in your case having worked on Indie at home and bringing the hda to work ).
