Moving camera while viewing trough it

Hi there.

How I can move my camera with out getting out of it when I'm looking trough the camera ?

When I'm looking trough the cam and I want to rotate it or translate, etc I get back to perspective view.

When looking through the camera click the lock icon on the right of the viewport towards the top.(3rd icon from the top.) Works with lights too.
