save task graph will mark fail if item is cooked from cache

After saving the task graph state, and load the file, some of the nodes marked failed. So I check the saved .py file and find all the work items that cooked from cache are marked as CookedFail state.

It looks like this was fixed in Houdini 18.0 a while ago, but wasn't backported to 17.5. It'll be fixed in the next daily build of H17.5.
