In the credit roll for Houdini 18 they mention at the very end; initial Python 3 support.
When I open a python terminal in H18, it shows:
Python 2.7.15 (default, Jul 21 2019, 08:43:30)

Any examples of python 3 in H18 available?

You'll need to download a python 3 build from the daily builds page (it is not a production / gold build yet)
