Flip fluid ring / water in circular motion? How to?

Hi everyone,

First post here, so please let me know if somethings not alright here Used search tool before posting.

This is for an upcoming project and I just can't get how I can initiate the fluid to go around the curve + maintain some variety and splashes.

My goal is to get something like this


Doesn't need to be a FLIP fluid system in general, as I will probably be adding some more objects into the “swirl”.

Do I need to check the forces and play with it or it can be done in other ways, like following a curve or something?
