Hiya!

Hoping someone can help me solve this issue. Just ran into this error the other day when attempting to use OpenCL to run an explosion/pyro simulation. When I check the box for OpenCL in the advanced tab of the pyrosolver and then attempt to play the simulation through I'm given this error message:

OpenCL Exception: clEnqueueNDRangeKernel (-4)
OpenCL Exception: clEnqueueNDRangeKernel (-4)
OpenCL Context error: CL_MEM_OBJECT_ALLOCATION_FAILURE error executing CL_COMMAND_NDRANGE_KERNEL on GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER (Device 0).

OpenCL Exception: clEnqueueNDRangeKernel (-4)
OpenCL Exception: clEnqueueNDRangeKernel (-4)

This issue only just started occurring yesterday. I have been able to use OpenCL in other projects up to this point without error. Why am I running into this now?

Can anyone help?

Shoot a message to support@sidefx.com. This sounds like some Nvidia Ampere GPU + OpenCL issue. I've heard Nvidia recently fixed something in that area, so it might be worth updating your drivers to the newest version, too.
