The 2 tabs "Parameters" and "visualizers" are NOT showing on the visualize node for, I tested on another computer and it works there.

your other computer is probably running 18.5

Visualize SOP defaults changed in 19.0 and it no longer adds additional Visualizers Tab as that has never been part of the node definition and it's just spare parameters

now you have to add it manually using Gear menu/Add Visualizer
