Hi,
The downloaded geometry has many inverse normal parts(like the ex. pig image).
How to select them rapidly?

Hey jerry,

you could use select by normal. this way you can rapidly click select each patch. if your end goal is to reverse them you could use polydoctor and set it to "correct winding of polygons" under the topology tab.

In the select tool's RMB menu, there's an option to select back faces only.

this doesn't seem to be compatible with Select Visible Geometry Only, which would be required for the task of easily selecting problematic faces manually

Select Back Facing Only on its own correctly select back facing, however for models like in OP, some backfaces are visible, and those are intended to be selected, but on the other side of the model there are backfaces that are not intended to be selected as they are supposed to be backfaces from this POV but are also invisible (occluded)

but turning on Select Visible Geometry Only seems to select all visible primitives front/back facing, seemingly ignoring Select Back Facing Only

Don't know if this helps but if you activate "select by normal" and click on a single poly, it will select all the connected poly's winded the same way, as if it were a group.
