Is there a way to parent or constrain an object to ONLY the translate of another object ? Seems no matter what I try, simply parenting on Obj level or using a constraints network, it seems it's not possible to exclude the scaling of a parent ?

Or is there some secret solution somebody would be willing to share ?

you can insert Blend Object inbetween and uncheck R? and S? buttons

or if you want to use constraints create Blend Constraint and uncheck R? and S? buttons
