ha I just bought a apprentice hd version and can't get it to work .hdn runs fine before and now I can't acquire a license nor login using email and password provided by sesi.it gives me a error

yes i have a internet connection.I tried it on linux and it does work so the problem has something to do with window version.I am using latest production builds btw. I am going to use it on window system so I really need to fix the problem.

it has been fixed now.There is something fishy with symantec firewall. the program was blocking the outgoing connection even though it wasn't activated. I installed it and didn't like it so i uninstalled the software.It won't remove the program and i had to use the remove tool from their website.
